Margaret was one of our friends at our Halle table at halftime and sometimes at sandwich time before the rehearsal. Her quick wit kept us amused and she could also take fun at her expense. What a tragedy when she contracted Parkinson’s and had to retire early. She fought hard to be cheerful and our lunches with Chris and Derek were always enjoyable until her illness started to take its hard toll. Rest in peace, Margaret.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
